Mr. Li once worked as an attorney in several law firms in Chonqing and Shanghai. He also once held a senior in-house counsel position for a Sino-US joint venture company and a NYSE listed solar power company.

 

Mr. Li is a veteran in dealing with transnational business. He has gained abundant experience in corporate risk control and compliance management, and particularly focusing his practice upon corporate law including company formation and corporate governance, distressed assets restructuring, business closing, merger & acquisition, FDI, overseas investment, trans-border deals, international trade remedy measures, project investment and financing, construction and disputes resolution etc.
